摘  要:针对现浇梁钢筋密集工况下局部混凝土振捣不充分问题,对现有混凝土振捣技术进行改良。在现浇梁钢筋密集区域提前规划振捣点,预埋PVC管作为振捣棒伸入钢筋内部的预留空间,以一种前置规划、前置预留的方式有效保证在不扰动现浇梁整体钢筋骨架的前提下,为振捣棒提供充足的伸入空间,有保证了现浇梁密集钢筋情况下梁体内部混凝土充分振捣。In view of the problem of insufficient local vibration in the case of dense reinforcement of cast-in-place beams,the paper improves the existing concrete vibration technology.The vibration points are planned in advance in the area with dense reinforcement of cast-in-place beams,and the embedded PVC pipe is used as the reserved space for the vibrator to extend into the reinforcement.In a way of pre planning and pre reservation,it is effectively guaranteed to provide sufficient extension space for the vibrator without disturbing the overall reinforcement framework of cast-in-place beams,which effectively ensures sufficient vibration inside the beam body when the cast-in-place beam is densely reinforced.
