摘  要:介绍了240气缸盖铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了原生产工艺及铸件出现的缩孔、缩松问题,通过对原工艺进行分析,经过多次工艺改进,解决了铸件缩孔、缩松问题。最后指出:(1)对于内腔形状复杂、壁厚突变较大的铸件,在铸造工艺设计时可选择顶注式雨淋浇注系统+冒口的铸造工艺,有利于实现顺序凝固和补缩,减少缩孔、缩松类铸造缺陷;在铸件心部热节部位,通过合理设计冷铁进行激冷,同时需要适当提高冒口模数,能够有效消除铸件缩孔、缩松类铸造缺陷,获得致密的铸件本体组织,满足铸件使用技术要求。The structure and technical requirements of 240 cylinder head castings were introduced.The original production process and the shrinkage cavities and porosity problems in castings were elaborated.By analyzing the original process,the problem of shrinkage cavities and porosity in castings were solved after many process improvements.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)For castings with complex inner cavity shapes and large sudden changes in wall thickness,the top gating system with riser could be selected when designing the casting process,which was conducive to achieving sequential solidification and feeding,reducing casting defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosity.In the hot section of the casting center,through reasonable design of the cold iron for chilling and at the same time appropriately increasing the riser module,casting defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosity could be effectively eliminated.A dense casting body structure could be obtained and met the technical requirements.
