摘 要:介绍了砂处理线的型砂水分、混砂时间、型砂成分的试验研究,得出结论:(1)加水系统参数的确定:皮带注水时,砂流量参数设定为7 kg/s,喷头水流量为0.04 kg/s,加水量设定0~0.9%;混砂机注水时,水重为1.8 t,A_(0)和A_(1)分别为-3.4和2.15,最大加水量为58 L,水管流量为3 L/s,最大加水时间20 s;沸腾床注水时,砂流量260 kg/min,加水需求设定为1.2%~1.5%,A_(0)=-0.3,A_(1)=0.9,周期时间为10 s,水管流量为2 L/s。(2)混砂时间:大秤卸料时间为10 s,小秤的卸料时间为12 s,湿混时间1为10 s,卸砂时间为25 s,混砂时间为100 s。(3)型砂成分:水为3.0%,膨润土为12 kg,α淀粉为5 kg。An introduction was given to the investigation of molding sand moisture,mixing time,molding sand composition,following conclusions were obtained:(1)Determination of the water-adding system parameters:when using belt to add water,the sand flow parameter was set at 7 kg/s,the nozzle water flow was 0.04 kg/s,and the water adding amount was set at 0~0.9%.When using sand mixer to add water,the water weight was of 1.8 t,A_(0)and A_(1)were of-3.4 and 2.15 respectively,the maximum water adding volume was of 58 t,the water pipe flow rate was of 3 L/s,the maximum water addition time was of 20 s,when using fluidized bed to add water,the sand flow rate was of 260 kg/min,the water filling requirement was set to 1.2%~1.5%,A_(0)=-0.3,A_(1)=0.9,the periodic time was of 10 s,and the water pipe flow rate was of 2 L/s.(2)Sand mixing time:the unloading time of the large scale was 10 s,the unloading time of the small scale was 12 s,the wet mixing time 1 was 10 s,sand unloading time was 25 s,the sand mixing time was of 100 s.(3)Compositions of the molding sand were:water of 3.1%,bentonite of 12 kg,αstarch of 5 kg.
