基于粉末活性炭吸附工艺的劣质重油炼化污水COD达标研究

摘  要:劣质重油炼化污水具有难降解有机物含量高、可生化性差等特点,处理难度很大。某劣质重油炼化企业存在现有污水处理工艺出水COD无法满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》的风险。针对此问题,探究了基于粉末活性炭(PAC)吸附处理工艺的出水COD达标方案。小试结果表明,系统出水中投加1.25 g/L的100目粉末活性炭即可在短时间内将COD降低至29 mg/L的较低水平。此外,经过实验分析可知粉末活性炭的COD饱和吸附量约0.13 g/g。上述研究成果可为劣质重油炼化污水达标处理提供一定的参考。Inferior heavy oil refining wastewater has the characteristics of high content of refractory organics,poor biodegradability and great difficulty in treatment.There is a risk that the COD of the effluent from the existing wastewater treatment process cannot meet the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry(GB 31570-2015)in an inferior heavy oil refining enterprise.As to this problem,scheme of effluent COD meeting emission standard based on powdered activated carbon(PAC)adsorption treatment process was studied.The results of the lab-scale-test show that adding 1.25 g/L of 100 mesh powdered activated carbon into the effluent of the system can reduce the COD to a lower level of 29 mg/L in a short time.In addition,the experimental analysis shows that the COD saturated adsorption capacity of powdered activated carbon is about 0.13 g/g.The above research results can provide reference for the up-to-standard treatment of inferior heavy oil refining wastewater.
