摘　　要：TSP1是一种分泌型糖蛋白,具有多结构域和多功能的特性,在多种泌尿系统疾病中发挥重要调控作用。文章围绕TSP1的分子结构、与泌尿系统疾病的关系及TSP1靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述,旨在探寻敏感有效的分子靶点应用于泌尿系疾病的基础研究以及临床诊治。TSP1 is one of the secreted glycoproteins with characters of multi-structures and-functions and plays a vital role in diseases of the urinary system.This article reviews the molecular structure of TSP1,the relationship with urinary system diseases,and the research progress of TSP1-targeted therapy,aiming to explore the application of sensitive and effective molecular targets in the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary system diseases.
