摘　　要：论《毛诗传笺通释》是清代《诗经》学研究的代表性著作,该书显示出:马瑞辰治经以汉学为根柢兼采宋学,以古文《诗》学为根柢兼融今文《诗》学,治学具有强烈的批判意识和怀疑精神,其灵活通达的学术见解更能克服经学家的僵化思维。从这些学术特色可以看出,马瑞辰不拘门户的治学追求、学术研究的批判色彩使这部著作以鲜明的学术风格名载清代《诗经》学研究的史册。Mao Shi Zhuan Ji Tong Shi,a representative work in the study of The Book of Songs in Qing Dynasty,shows that Ma Rui-chen s study is based on Sinology as well as the integration with Song studies,and also based on the study of ancient Chinese poetry as well as the integration with modern Chinese poetry,which has a strong critical consciousness and skeptical spirit,and his flexible and accessible academic views can better overcome the rigid thinking of Confucian scholars.From these academic characteristics,it can be seen that Ma Rui-chen s unrestrained pursuit of studies and critical color of academic research make this book be famous in the history of the study of The Book of Songs in Qing Dynasty with a distinct academic style.
