摘　　要：法治乡村建设是深化农村社会改革的基本保障,是中国实现乡村振兴战略任务的重要手段,更是实现当前我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础工程。目前,我国乡村治理的传统因素影响了法治乡村的建设速度,乡村治理水平的不均衡阻碍了法治乡村建设的发展进程。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,依法治国迫切需要解决农村依法治村这一社会性矛盾,因此,需要进一步完善涉农领域立法,规范涉农行政执法;强化乡村司法保障,维护社会公平正义;加强乡村法治宣传教育,提升法律文化品质;积极推进城乡依法治理,加强农村“数字法治”网络智慧型司法建设,推进乡村振兴战略进一步发展。The construction of law governance is the basic guarantee for deepening rural social reform,an important way for China to realize the strategic task of rural revitalization,and a basic project to realize the modernization of China’s current national governance system and capacity.However,traditional factors of rural governance in China have affected the construction speed of rule of law governance villages,and uneven level of rural governance has hindered the development process of rule governance rural construction.Entering the new era of socialism construction with Chinese characteristics,it is more urgent for us to solve the social contradiction of law governance villages in rural areas,which requires further improving legislation in agriculture-related fields and standardizing agriculture-related administrative law enforcement;Strengthen rural judicial guarantees and safeguard social fairness and justice;Strengthen publicity and education on the law governance in rural areas,and improve the quality of legal culture;Actively promote urban and rural law governance,and strengthen the construction of“digital law governance”network intelligent justice in rural areas,so as to promote further development of rural revitalization strategy.
