摘  要:为实现理论课程体系与实践课程体系的有机融合,避免形成“课程孤岛”,以实际工程开发新产品的设计与制造过程为流程,构建了智能制造工程专业“递进式、三级别”项目训练实践课程体系,形成了系统级、装备级、单元技术级分层次的实践教学体系。在此基础上,结合现有实训平台,运用现代虚拟仿真技术,构建了面向智能制造比赛和项目教学的虚实结合、多学科交叉融合的智能制造项目训练综合实践平台,以培养学生的综合性工程实践应用能力。研究成果可为进一步提升人才培养质量提供可行的思路与方法,也可为应用型本科院校人才培养提供参考。In order to realize the organic integration of the theoretical curriculum system and the practical curriculum system and avoid the formation of "curriculum islands",the "progressive,three-level" project training practical curriculum system for intelligent manufacturing engineering major is constructed based on the design and manufacturing process of new products developed in actual engineering,and a hierarchical practical teaching system is formed at system level,equipment level and unit technology level.On this basis,combined with the existing training platform and the use of modern virtual simulation technology,a comprehensive practice platform for intelligent manufacturing that combines virtual reality and multidisciplinary cross-integration for intelligent manufacturing competitions and project teaching is constructed to cultivate students' comprehensive engineering practice application ability.The research results can provide feasible ideas and methods for further improving the quality of personnel training,and can also provide references for personnel training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
