穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察翳风穴穴位注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋患者的疗效。方法 选取门诊治疗的突发性耳聋患者136例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各68例。对照组给予地塞米松静脉滴注,治疗组给予地塞米松翳风穴穴位注射。治疗14 d后观察两组听力、耳鸣、头晕症状改善情况,同时观察两组血清内皮素(endothelin,ET)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的变化,并比较两组血压、血糖的变化。结果 治疗组治疗听力下降、耳鸣、眩晕的总有效率分别为88.24%、73.81%、93.1%,对照组治疗听力下降、耳鸣、眩晕的总有效率分别为86.76%、75.68%、95%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间血清ET、NO、SOD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者用药前后血压及血糖波动范围有差异,对照组高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 翳风穴穴位注射地塞米松与静脉滴注地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋疗效相同,但副作用更小,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Yifeng acupoint injection of dexamethason in treatment of sudden deafness.Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with sudden deafness treated in outpatient clinic of Shanghai Seventh Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 68 cases in each group.The conventional treatment was given to two groups;in addition,control group was given intravenous injection of dexamethasone,the study group was given Yifeng acupoint injection of dexamethasone.The improvement of hearing,tinnitus,and dizziness;the changes in blood pressure and blood sugar were documented and compared between two groups were compared 14 days after treatment.Serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were measured before and after treatment,and compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rates for hearing loss,tinnitus,and dizziness of the study group and control group were 88.24%,73.81%,93.1%,and 86.76%,75.68%,95%,respectively;there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum ET,NO,and SOD between the two groups(P>0.05).The fluctuations of blood pressure and blood glucose after treatment in the control group was higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of sudden deafness,Yifeng acupoint injection of dexamethasone has the same efficacy as intravenous injection of dexamethasone,but it has less side effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
