摘　　要：随着高等职业教育不断进步与发展,社会对人才创新能力需求日益凸显,高等职业院校培养学生创新能力也日益迫切。技能竞赛是高等职业院校培养学生创新能力的重要手段,文章旨在探讨技能竞赛如何驱动高职学生创新能力培养,为教学提供更为丰富的手段路径,营造良好的竞赛教学氛围,助力“以赛促教”“以赛促创”育人理念的渗透实践。With the continuous progress and development of higher vocational education,the demand for talent innovation ability in society is becoming increasingly prominent,and it is also urgent for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students'innovation ability.Skills competition is an important means for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students'innovative abilities.This paper aims to explore how skills competition can drive the cultivation of innovative abilities among vocational college students,provide richer means and paths for teaching,create a good competition teaching atmosphere,and help the infiltration and practice of the educational concepts of“promoting education through competition”and“promoting innovation through competition”.
