摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,通过对浙江省、市两级体育产业协会治理结构指数进行测评,分析治理结构特征及其形成的多元互动机理,进而提出地方体育产业协会优化治理结构、有效参与地方体育产业治理的路径。研究发现,地方体育产业协会治理结构上总体表现出“中民主化和低正规化”的状态,具体呈现出“信息高透明与决策低民主”“低专职水平与弱专业程度”的特征,这是其在与政府、企业互动博弈和主动行动造成的结果。优化地方体育产业协会治理结构需要地方体育行政部门从“镶嵌”到“引领”转变角色,引导支持地方体育产业协会提升自治水平,理顺参与地方体育产业政策制定的渠道,地方体育产业协会应立足区域体育产业发展,主动构建差异化功能体系。By literature review,questionnaires,and interview methods,the study evaluates the governance structure index of sports industry associations at the two levels in Zhejiang province and its cities,analyzes the characteristics of governance structure and the multiple interactive mechanisms,and proposes paths for local sports industry associations to optimize their governance structure and participate in local sports industry governance.The study found that the governance structure of local sports industry associations generally exhibits a state of"moderate democracy and low standardization",with specific characteristics of"high transparency of information and low democracy in decision-making","low rate of full-time staff and weak professional level".This is the result of their interaction with stakeholders and their own active behaviors.Optimizing the governance structure of local sports industry associations requires local governments to transform their roles from"embedding"to"leading",guide and support local sports industry associations to improve their autonomy level,streamline the channels for associations to participate in local sports industry policies-making.Local sports business associations have to build a differentiated functional systems based on regional sports industry.
