摘  要:为了研究日粮中添加厚朴提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能及肠道微生物的影响,试验将400只65周龄健康的海兰褐商品蛋鸡随机分为4组(每组4个重复,每个重复25只),对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加250,500,750 mg/kg厚朴提取物,预试期3 d,正试期42 d。试验结束后统计生产性能指标,检测蛋品质、血清抗氧化及肠道微生物指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,中、高剂量组产蛋率、平均合格蛋重显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组哈氏单位和蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组蛋鸡肠道内的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量显著升高(P<0.05)。说明在蛋鸡产蛋后期日粮中添加厚朴提取物可以提高其产蛋性能、蛋品质、抗氧化功能并调节肠道菌群结构,建议添加量为500 mg/kg。To investigate the effects of officinal magnolia bark extract supplementation on laying performance,egg quality,antioxidant function and intestinal microorganisms of laying hens in late laying period,400 healthy 65-week-old Hyline brown commercial laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 25 laying hens per replicate.Laying hens in the control group were fed only a basal diet,while those in the low,medium and high dose groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 250,500,750 mg/kg officinal magnolia bark extract,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for three days and the experimental period lasted for 42 days.After the test,the production performance indexes were measured,and the egg quality,serum antioxidant and intestinal microbial indexes were detected.The results showed that compared with control group,the laying rate and average qualified egg weight in the medium dose and high dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the Haugh unit and eggshell strength in the low,medium and high dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);the activities of glutathione peroxidase(CSH-Px)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the medium and high dose groups were significantly increased(P<O.05),and the contentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the intestinal tract of laying hens in all experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the number of lactic acid bacteria was significantly increased(P<O.05).These results indicated that ficinal magnolia bark extract could improve laying performance,egg quality,antioxidant function and regulate the structure of intestinal flora.The recommended dietary supplement was 500 mg/kg.
