摘 要:针对离散煤料在转运过程中对结构部件冲击过大,造成磨损严重的问题,通过作用力分析得出转运系统中卸料输送带带速设定、曲率半径参数与煤料对头部挡板及底部衬板的磨损程度具有关联关系。利用离散元仿真软件,对煤料在不同卸料输送带带速、曲率半径参数下的转运状态进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,头部挡板、底部衬板的磨损随卸料输送带带速的增加而增加,若卸料输送带带速调整数值超过推荐带速的20%时,需调整头部挡板的物理距离,控制煤流转运轨迹;当卸料输送带带速增加时,煤料对底部衬板的磨损影响程度较小;不同曲率半径对底部衬板的磨损位置、面积均有较大影响,曲率半径与底部衬板的磨损深度成反比,当曲率半径超过一定数值时,煤料对底部衬板的磨损影响程度减弱。In response to the problems of excessive impact and severe wear on structural components caused by the discrete coal during transport,it was found through force analysis that the speed setting and curvature radius parameters of the discharge conveyor belt in the transport system were related to the degree of wear on the head baffle and the bottom liner caused by coal.Then,using discrete element simulation software,numerical simulations were conducted on the transport status of coal under different parameters of discharge conveyor belt speed and curvature radius.The results showed that the wear of the head baffle and the bottom liner increased with the increase of discharge conveyor belt speed.If the adjustment value of the discharge conveyor belt speed exceeded the recommended speed by 20%,the physical distance of the head baffle need to be adjusted to control the coal flow transport trajectory.When the speed of the discharge conveyor belt increased,the impact of coal on the wear of the bottom liner was smaller.At the same time,different curvature radius had a high impact on the wear position and the area of the bottom liner.The curvature radius was inversely proportional to the wear depth of the bottom liner.When the curvature radius exceeded a certain value,the impact of coal on the wear of the bottom liner was weakened.
