摘　　要：拉紧装置是带式输送机的必备部件。通过分析拉紧装置的功能要求和存在的问题,论述了螺旋拉紧、固定绞车、自动绞车、自动液压缸、重锤拉紧装置的拉紧原理与适用范围;介绍了液压缸和绞车组合,重锤车和绞车组合,重锤和制动盘组合,绞车、重锤和液压缸组合等多种组合拉紧方式;总结了拉紧装置位置布置的原则,并重点分析了双拉紧带式输送机系统中各拉紧的作用。可为大型带式输送机及其拉紧装置的设计提供参考。The tension device is an essential and key component of the belt conveyor.By analyzing the functional requirements and existing problems of the tension device,the tension principle and application scope of the screw tension,the fixed winch,the automatic winch,the automatic hydraulic cylinder and the heavy hammer tension device were discussed.Then,various combinations,such as the combination of hydraulic cylinder and winch,the combination of heavy hammer and winch,the combination of heavy hammer and brake disc,and the combination of winch,heavy hammer,and hydraulic cylinder,were introduced.Meanwhile,the principle of the position layout of the tension device was summarized,and the role of each tension in the double-tension belt conveyor system was emphatically analyzed,which could provide reference for the design of the large belt conveyor and its tension device.
