精矿冲洗水对螺旋溜槽提品效果影响试验研究

摘　　要：为考察精矿冲洗水对螺旋溜槽提品效果的影响,在溜槽中心柱上增加精矿冲洗水装置,形成新的精矿冲洗系统洗涤精矿,并采用3种不同物料来进行试验。结果表明:增加精矿冲洗装置后,在一定程度上可以提高精矿品位;针对试样1,精矿品位可提升约4.5个百分点;针对试样2,精矿品位可提升约3.0个百分点;针对试样3,精矿品位可提升约3.5个百分点。但相应的,精矿产率以及精矿回收率会在一定程度上有所降低。In order to investigate the influence of ore concentrate flushing water on the grade improvement of the spiral chute,an ore concentrate flushing water device was added to the central column of the chute to form a new ore concentrate flushing system for washing the ore concentrate.Meanwhile,three different materials were used for the experiment.The results showed that adding an ore concentrate flushing device could improve the ore concentrate grade to a certain extent.For sample 1,the ore concentrate grade could be increased by about 4.5 percentage points.For sample 2,the ore concentrate grade could be increased by about 3 percentage points.For sample 3,the ore concentrate grade could be increased by about 3.5 percentage points.However,correspondingly,the ore concentrate yield and the ore concentrate recovery rate would decrease to a certain extent.
