摘 要:针对矿井运输巷传统运煤状态监测方法易造成设备损坏的问题,提出了一种基于激光测距的非接触式矿用自适应带式运输监测方法。将相位法激光测距技术引入带式运输监测领域,利用中位值平均滤波减少数据突变的发生,并采用计算相关系数的方法识别输送带有煤运输态。试验数据表明,矿用自适应带式运输监测法在实际矿井环境下可以有效识别输送带有煤运输态,为带式运输监测提供了安全可靠的方案。Aiming at the problem of equipment damage caused by the traditional monitoring method for the coal transportation condition in the.mine transportation roadway,a non-contact adaptive belt transportation monitoring method for the mine based on laser ranging was proposed.The laser ranging technology with phase method was introduced into the belt transportation monitoring.Then,the median average filtering was used to reduce the occurrence of data mutation,and the correlation coeffcient was calculated to identify the coal transportation state of the conveyor belt.The test data showed that the mining adaptive belt transportation monitoring method could effectively identify the coal transportation state of the conveyor belt in the actual mining environment,and provided a safe and reliable scheme for the belt transportation monitoring.
