摘 要:液压缸衬套是圆锥破碎机的核心零件,因其壁厚较薄、尺寸精度高及球墨铸铁材料的制约,其加工制造非常困难。笔者通过分析液压缸衬套的结构以及球墨铸铁材料特性,介绍了一种液压缸衬套高效的均质-耐压复合检验方法,提出了一种液压缸衬套加工控制及工作面粗糙度提升方法。试验结果表明,该方法运用到液压缸衬套的加工工艺后,明显提升了液压缸衬套的加工质量。The hydraulic cylinder bushing is the core part of the cone crusher.Due to its thin wall thickness,high dimensional accuracy and the material limitations of the nodular cast iron,the processing and manufacturing of the bushing are very difficult.By analyzing the structure of the hydraulic cylinder bushing and the material characteristics of the ductile iron,the author introduced an efficient composite inspection method of homogeneity and compression resistance for the hydraulic cylinder bushing,and proposed a method for controlling the hydraulic cylinder bushing processing and improving the working surface roughness.The test results showed that the processing quality of the hydraulic cylinder bushing was significantly improved after the method was applied to the processing technology of the hydraulic cylinder bushing.
