摘　　要：电子警察道路执法是公安机关执法的延伸和补充,是公安机关履行道路交通管理职责的重要手段之一。随着国家的发展,我国城市智能交通发展加快,大量电子警察被广泛使用于城市的各大交通要道,对维护道路交通秩序和保障道路交通安全发挥着巨大的作用。但由于电子警察道路执法还存在执法主体资格不明确、违章告知程序不完善等问题,已引起了社会的广泛关注,需要通过完善立法、统一相关标准、规范执法程序等措施来规范和优化电子警察的执法。Electronic police road enforcement is an extension and supplement of law enforcement by public security organs,and is one of the important means for public security organs to fulfill their road traffic management responsibilities.With the development of the country,the development of intelligent transportation in Chinese cities is accelerating.A large number of electronic police officers are widely used in various major transportation arteries in cities,playing a huge role in maintaining road traffic order and ensuring road traffic safety.However,due to the unclear qualifications of law enforcement subjects and incomplete procedures for informing violations in road law enforcement by electronic police,it has attracted widespread attention from society.Measures such as improving legislation,unifying relevant standards,and regulating law enforcement procedures are needed to standardize and optimize the law enforcement of electronic police.
