摘　　要：新时代高校一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐实践,既是深入贯彻新时代全面从严治党战略方针的重要举措,也是推动高校事业高质量内涵式发展的现实选择。不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐贯穿着惩治震慑、制度建设、教育警示、组织保障等要求。高校落实党中央党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争相关决策部署,需要坚持系统观念,强化总体把握,从有效提升纪检队伍的战斗力、不断增强惩治监察的震慑力、持续强化各项制度的约束力、充分发挥廉政教育的感召力、稳步提升协调联动的组织力着手,并做到同时同向综合发力,创新更优制度性成果,提升治理效能。The simultaneous,coordinated and comprehensive practice for the universities to ensure that officials do not have the audacity,opportunity,or desire to become corrupt is both an important measure to deeply implement the comprehensive and strict Party governing strategy in the new era,and a practical choice to promote the high-quality and connotative development of the university cause.No audacity,opportunity,or desire to become corrupt includes such requirements as punishment and deterrence,institutional construction,education warning,and organizational guarantee.To implement the decisions and deployments related to the construction of Party conduct and clean governance and the fight against corruption by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,universities need to adhere to a systematic concept,strengthen overall grasp,and start by effectively enhancing the combat effectiveness of the disciplinary inspection team,continuously enhancing the deterrent power of punishment and supervision,continuously strengthening the binding force of various systems,fully exerting the appeal of clean governance education,steadily improving the organizational strength of coordination and linkage,and simultaneously working together in a comprehensive manner to innovate better institutional achievements,and improve governance efficiency.
