摘  要:基于不同搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数,对高强度7055-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊组织与性能进行分析。分析结果表明,为了保证焊缝表面成型良好,应采用低主轴转速低焊接速度进行焊接。主轴转速为850 r/min,焊接速度为3 000 mm/min,下压量为0.1 mm时,接头平均抗拉强度可达471.6 MPa,强度因数可达0.85,接头内部成型良好,无缺陷产生。焊核区金属发生动态再结晶,形成细小等轴晶粒。前进侧和后退侧热机影响区晶粒长大,为焊缝薄弱区域。接头显微硬度呈W字形分布,前进侧热机影响区与热影响区过渡位置显微硬度最低,母材显微硬度最高。Based on different parameters of friction stir welding,the structure and property of 7055-T6 high strength aluminum alloy friction stir welding were analyzed.The analysis result shows that low spindle speed and low welding speed should be used for welding in order to ensure good weld surface forming.When the spindle speed is 850r/min,the welding speed is 3000mm/min,and the press amount is 0.1mm,the average tensile strength of the joint can reach 471.6MPa,the strength factor can reach 0.85,and the internal forming of the joint is good without defect.Dynamic recrystallization of metal in the welding core zone results in fine equiaxed grain.The thermo-mechanical affected zones on advancing side and receding side are the weak zones of weld.The microhardness of the joint is W-shaped,the microhardness of the transition position of the thermo-mechanical affected zone on advancing side and the heat affected zone is the lowest,and the microhardness of the base metal is the highest.
