摘　　要：介绍了铝扁锭液压吊具的技术参数和结构、外形。针对铝扁锭液压吊具,研发了液压系统。给出了铝扁锭液压吊具液压系统的原理,分析了电机泵组、保压回路、蓄能器、油缸减压阀组、差动回路,并进行了总结。The technical parameter,structure,and shape of the hydraulic hoist for aluminum flat ingot were introduced.A hydraulic system was developed for the hydraulic hoist for aluminum flat ingot.The principle of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic hoist for aluminum flat ingot was given.The motor pump group,pressure retaining circuit,accumulator,cylinder reducing valve group and differential circuit were analyzed,and the summary was carried out.
