摘 要:质子交换膜(PEM)电解水制氢用膜电极卷对卷连续涂布工艺是目前研究的热点,同时也是限制膜电极量产化及国产化的制约因素之一。基于国产膜电极的批量化制备,分析了目前卷对卷连续涂布工艺的系统,介绍了涂布设备的构成及基本原理。在涂布过程中,催化剂浆料是影响产品性能及均匀性的重要因素;介绍了涂布工艺中的缺陷问题及优化方向。从设备装置,浆料配制工艺,工艺参数调试等方面综合解决目前涂布工艺中的产品缺陷问题,减少批量化生产工艺中的质量缺陷和性能缺陷,提高生产效率的同时降低电解水制氢的成本。The roll-to-roll continuous coating process of membrane electrode assembly with the PEM electrolysis of water to generate hydrogen is the hot spot of the current research.At the same time,this process is also one of the factors restricting the large-scale production and domestic production of membrane electrode.Based on the batch preparation of domestic production of membrane electrode,the roll-to-roll continuous coating process and the composition and basic principle of the coating equipment were studied.In the coating process,the catalyst slurry is the most important factor on product performance and uniformity.The defect issues and optimization directions in the coating process were introduced.From the aspects of coating equipment,preparation technology of catalyst slurry and adjustment of process parameters,the product defects in current coating processes were addressed,the quality and performance defects in the coating process were reduced,the production efficiency was improved,and the cost of the hydrogen production by PEM electrolysis of water was reduced.
