摘 要:以三氯化钌为催化剂,合成硫酸乙烯酯(DTD)过程中将产生催化剂废液。分析了废液的特点,并对废液进行蒸馏处理,对回收催化剂进行了效果验证。结果表明:该废液具有贵金属含量低、高盐、高化学需氧量(COD)的特点;次氯酸钠溶液用量占废液量的16%(质量分数),先85℃后95℃进行蒸馏时,钌回收率达到85.2%;经验证,回收的催化剂可以继续使用。该回收方法成本低,简单易行,可以节省催化剂资源。The catalyst discard solution would be generated in the process of synthesizing DTD using ruthenium trichloride as a catalyst.The characteristic of the discard solution was analyzed,the solution was distilled,and the effect of the recycled catalyst was tested.The results show that the discard solution has characteristics of low Ru,high NaCl content and high COD;the Ru recovery rate reaches to 85.2%through distilling at 85℃first then at 95℃when the dosage of sodium hypochlorite is 16%;the recycled catalyst can be normally used.The method is easy to operate with low cost and the catalyst is saved.
