摘　　要：在中国式现代化发展新阶段,审视社会工作实习教育场域状态并探析实习困境的生成机制,进而提出完善实习教育制度的策略具有必要性。借助布迪厄社会实践理论的分析框架,以实习生为中心、以实习生与其他场域主体的互动关系为基础建构实习场域,进而揭示实习困境的生成机制。空间性困境与时间性困境的相互作用形塑了实习困境。在此基础上,提出通过分化督导职能并改革督导模式、完善实习教育考核机制、扩大专业教育实践比例的策略克服实习困境,进而调试社会工作实习教育制度。In the new stage of Chinese modernisation,it is necessary to inspect the status of social work internship education field and analyze the generating mechanism of the internship dilemma,so as to propose strategies to improve the internship education sys-tem.With the analytical framework of Bourdieu's social practicetheory,this paper constructs the internship field based on the interac-tions between interns and other field entities,and then reveals the generative mechanisms of the internship dilemma.The interaction between spatial and temporal dilemmas shapes the internship dilemma.On this basis,this paper proposes strategies to overcome the in-ternship dilemma and adjust the social work internship education system by dividing the supervisory functions and reforming the supervi-sory models,improving the assessment mechanism of internship education,and expanding the proportion of professional education prac-tice.
