摘  要:在分析各种攻丝方法的基础上,结合数控车床特点,设计了一种应用于普通平床身数控车床的过载保护式攻丝夹具。介绍了这一攻丝夹具的结构和工作原理,进行了校核计算,分析了使用方法,并编制了攻丝程序。这一攻丝夹具在普通车床攻丝夹具的基础上增加弹性伸缩装置与弹性过载保护装置,能够使丝锥在需要时进行轴向位移补偿,有效防止丝锥折断与乱牙。应用这一攻丝夹具,生产成本低,自动化程度及加工精度高,并具有较强的柔性。On the basis of analyzing various tapping methods,combined with the characteristic of CNC lathe,an overload protection tapping fixture applied to ordinary flat bed CNC lathe was designed.The structure and working principle of this tapping fixture were introduced,the check calculation was carried out,the usage method was analyzed,and the tapping program was compiled.This tapping fixture adds an elastic expansion device and an elastic overload protection device on the basis of the ordinary lathe tapping fixture,which can make the tap compensate for axial displacement when needed,and effectively prevent the tap from breaking and messing up teeth.The application of this tapping fixture has low production cost,high degree of automation and processing accuracy,and strong flexibility.
