摘　　要：通过对单级双吸离心泵出厂试验报告的统计调研,在收集大量数据的基础上,进行单级双吸离心泵效率数据的筛选、分析,并将最高效率实测值与国家标准规定值进行比较分析,指出单级双吸离心泵效率实测数据普遍低于产品样本数据,更低于相关国家标准规定值,由此分析单级双吸离心泵设计和制造中存在的不足,并提出改进方向。Through the statistical investigation of the factory test report of single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump,on the basis of collecting a large amount of data,the screening and analysis of single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump efficiency data were carried out,and the measured value of the highest efficiency was compared and analyzed with the value specified in the national standard.It is pointed out that the measured data of single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is generally lower than the product sample data,and even lower than the value specified in the relevant national standard,so as to analyze the shortcomings in the design and manufacture of single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump,and put forward the direction of improvement.
