摘 要:苯甲醛是最简单的芳香醛,在多个行业有重要的应用.用空气或氧气作为氧化剂在无卤素参与的条件下催化氧化甲苯高选择性生成苯甲醛具有原子利用率高和三废排放低的优点,是一种绿色清洁的生产方法,且获得产品等级高,能够满足香料,食品和医药等行业的高端应用.但是,该过程提出50多年来从未在工业上获得成功.本文总结和评述了针对该反应所报导过的主要催化剂体系,以及有关反应机理等方面的研究进展,分析了制约将该反应发展到技术应用的关键问题,进而阐述了本课题组发展的介观催化体系应用于该反应的研究进展,探讨了这类催化体系发展成甲苯氧化制苯甲醛高性能过程技术的可能,对未来发展方向和趋势进行了展望.Benzaldehyde is the simplest aromatic aldehyde and has important applications in multiple industries.The highly selective catalytic oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde using air or oxygen as the oxidant under halogen-free conditions has the advantages of high atomic utilization and low emissions of the three wastes.It is a green and clean production method with high product grade,which can meet high-end applications in industries such as spices,food,and medicine.However,this process has never been successful in industry for over 50 years.This article summarizes and comments on the main catalyst systems that have been reported for this reaction,as well as the research progress related to reaction mechanisms.It analyzes the key issues that restrict the development of this reaction into technical applications,and further elaborates on the research progress of the meso-catalytic system developed by our research group in this reaction.It explores the possibility of developing this type of catalytic system into a high-performance process technology for toluene oxidation to benzaldehyde.Prospects for future development directions and trends are presented.
