摘 要:针对传统弛豫铁电晶体透光率的问题,文中选择了三方相结构三元弛豫铁电单晶25PIN 44PMN 31PT,沿[001]方向对晶体进行了常温直流和交流极化,对比并分析了两种极化样品的透光率和介电压电性能。研究结果表明:交流极化后,样品透光率在可见光波段达到70%,室温下相对介电常数提高了18%,压电系数和逆压电系数分别提高了9.7%和11%。交流极化可以去除对光产生散射的71°畴壁,提高了材料透光率;交流极化样品中畴的极化旋转更加容易,因而具有更高的介电压电性能。This study aims to improve the optical transmittance of traditional relaxor ferroelectric materials.25PIN 44PMN 31PT three phase perovskite relaxation ferroelectric single crystal was chosen and subjected to both DC and AC polarization along the[001]direction at room temperature.The optical transmittance and dielectric electromechanical properties of the samples polarized by two methods were compared and analyzed.The results are as follows.After AC polarization,the optical transmittance of the sample reaches 70%in the visible light range.At room temperature its relative dielectric constant increases by 18%,and its piezoelectric coefficient and inverse piezoelectric coefficient rise by 9.7%and 11%,respectively.AC polarization effectively eliminates the scattering inducing 71°domain walls,thereby improving the optical transmittance.Furthermore,AC polarized samples exhibit easier polarization rotation of domains,obtaining higher dielectric electromechanical performance.
