麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2023年1月潍坊医学院附属诸城市人民医院收治的心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组疗效、治疗前后心功能指标[6 min步行距离(6MWD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排出量(CO)、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)]和血管内皮功能指标[一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]变化。结果 研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034)。治疗1个月后,2组6MWD、LVEF、CO及NO高于治疗前,NT-proBNP、ET-1、hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且研究组升高/降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭疗效显著,能有效改善患者心功能和血管内皮功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction admitted to Zhucheng People′s Hospital affiliated to Weifang Medical College from June 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 1 month.The efficacy,cardiac function indexes[6-minute walking distance(6MWD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)]and vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034).After 1 month of treatment,the 6MWD,LVEF,CO and NO in two groups were higher than before treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,ET-1 and hs-CRP were lower than before treatment,and the increase/decrease in the study group were greater than those of control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pills has good curative effect on heart failure after myocardial infarction,and can effectively improve the heart function and vascular endothelial function.
