摘 要:目的 基于数据挖掘方法,对《中医方剂大辞典》中含代赭石的方剂进行分析,为指导代赭石临床用药提供新参鉴。方法 收集整理《中医方剂大辞典》中包含代赭石的方剂,按时期和主治疾病进行对应分析、加权秩和比综合评价和关联分析,分析代赭石应用的主治病证的用药规律及时代特点。结果 共收集处方160个,治疗新生儿病、小儿特发病类主要与朱砂、麝香配伍;治疗妇女经带杂病类主要与赤石脂、熟地黄配伍;治疗脾系病类主要与旋覆花配伍。结论 《中医方剂大辞典》中含代赭石的方剂用药特点明确,在不同时期与不同主治时的用药规律和特点有其独特的优势,有助于指导新的现代临床应用。Objective Based on data mining methods,an analysis was conducted on the formulations containing hematite in the Compendium of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas aiming to provide new insights for guiding the clinical use of hematite.Methods Collection and compilation of formulations containing hematite from the Compendium of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas.Corresponding analysis,weighted rank-sum and proportion evaluation,as well as association analysis,were conducted based on"time period"and"main treated diseases".The medication patterns and temporal characteristics of diseases treated with hematite were analyzed.Results A total of 160 medicinal prescriptions were collected.Among them,the treatment of neonatal diseases and pediatric idiopathic disorders mainly involved compatibility with cinnabar and musk.The treatment of gynecological diseases in females primarily involved compatibility with halloysitum rubrum and prepared rehmannia root.The treatment of spleen-related diseases mainly involved compatibility with inula japonica thunb.Conclusion The medication characteristics of formulations containing hematite in the Compendium of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas are clarified.Unique advantages in terms of medication patterns and characteristics exist for different time periods and main treated diseases,which can help guide the application of modern clinical drugs.
