摘 要:目的观察氯雷他定联合罗红霉素治疗肺炎支原体(MP)致上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月苏州大学医院内科收治的MP致上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者112例,按照简单信封随机法分为罗红霉素组与联合治疗组,每组56例。罗红霉素组患者予以罗红霉素,联合治疗组患者在罗红霉素组基础上联合氯雷他定,2组均连续用药5~7 d。比较2组临床疗效,临床相关指标,不良反应。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于罗红霉素组(94.64%vs.71.43%,χ^(2)=10.712,P=0.001)。联合治疗组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间短于罗红霉素组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗期间,联合治疗组不良反应总发生率低于罗红霉素组(7.14%vs.21.43%,χ^(2)=4.667,P=0.031)。结论MP致上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者采用氯雷他定联合罗红霉素治疗,可增强抗感染疗效,较快地改善咳嗽症状,且用药安全性较高。Objective To explore the efficacy of loratadine combined with roxithromycin in the treatment of cough after upper respiratory tract infection caused by MP.Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with cough after upper respiratory tract infection caused by MP were selected from January 2020 to December 2022 year in Suzhou University Hospital,which were divided into the roxithromycin group and the combination group according to the simple envelope randomization method,with 56 cases in each group.The roxithromycin group was given roxithromycin,the combination group was treated with loratadine on the basis of the roxithromycin group,and the two groups continued to take drugs for 5-7 days.The clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the roxithromycin group(94.64%vs.71.43%,χ^(2)=10.712,P=0.001).The recovery time of body temperature,cough relief time,cough disappearance time and hospitalization time in the combination group were shorter than those in the roxithromycin group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).During treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the roxithromycin group(7.14%vs.21.43%,χ^(2)=4.667,P=0.031).Conclusions Loratadine combined with roxithromycin have an exact clinical effect for cough after upper respiratory tract infection caused by MP,which can enhance the anti-infection effect,improve cough symptoms quickly,and with higher medication safety.
