摘  要:增程器启动涉及到无刷直流电机和发动机两个部件的起动及相互之间的配合。针对无刷直流电机起动过程中需克服发动机变化阻转矩的特点,提出利用定子绕组电感随电机转子位置不同而变化的特点,通过施加脉冲电压矢量、再比较母线电流的方法实现无刷直流电机的初始定位和准闭环加速起动;针对发动机起动易受低温环境影响的特点,对增程器提出了有效的预热措施。实验结果表明,无刷直流电机准闭环起动方案方便有效,整机启动可靠性高。Start of the range extender involves the start and cooperation between the brushless DC motor and the engine.According to the characteristics that the variable blocking torque of the engine needs to be overcome in the starting process of brushless DC motor,using the characteristics that the stator winding inductance changes with the rotor position of the motor,the initial positioning and quasi closed-loop accelerated starting of brushless DC motor were realized by applying pulse voltage vector and comparing bus current;In view of the characteristics that engine starting is easy to be affected by low temperature environment,effective preheating measures for range extender were put forward.Exper-imental results show that the quasi closed-loop starting scheme of brushless DC motor is convenient and effective,and the starting reliability of the whole range extender is improved.
