摘  要:科技创新是影响甘肃实现高质量发展的关键与核心。文章首先对高质量发展、创新驱动与科技创新三者的关系进行了阐述,然后通过分别以高质量和科技创新为被解释变量的2个估计方程构建联立方程模型,最后基于三阶段最小二乘法(3SLS)对模型进行估计,对2011-2021年甘肃省高质量发展、科技创新的相互作用进行了实证研究。结论:2011-2021年,甘肃省科技创新与高质量发展之间存在联合内生性,具有相互促进的正相关关系;甘肃省科技创新与高质量发展之间,处于低效率下的均衡状态。Scientific and technological innovation is the key and core factor affecting Gansu′s high-quality de-velopment.This article first elaborates on the relationship between high-quality development,innovation driven and scientific and technological innovation,and then constructs a simultaneous equation model through two estima-tion equations with high-quality and scientific and technological innovation as the dependent variables.Finally,based on the three-stage least square method(3SLS),the interaction between high-quality development,scientific and technological innovation of Gansu Province from 2011 to 2021 is empirically studied.Conclusion:From 2011 to 2021,there is a synergistic endogeneity between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality develop-ment of Gansu Province,with a positive correlation of mutual promotion.The balance between scientific and techno-logical innovation and high-quality development of Gansu Province is in a state of low efficiency.
