摘 要:近年来,随着经济的持续发展,许多公路开口子项目相继被实施。为了确保车辆能够安全进出,一些旧桥需进行拼宽施工,旧桥拼宽需对原防撞墙钢筋混凝土结构进行拆除。文章详细综述了4类常见的钢筋混凝土拆除施工方法的特点和适用范围,根据本项目工程特征,选择了绳锯切割法拆除旧桥防撞墙钢筋混凝土结构。绳锯切割作业包含施工准备、排版放样、竖向切割、水平切割、凿吊装孔、切割块吊装、现场清理等7项工序。本项目防撞墙切割效果表明绳锯切割在旧桥加宽钢筋混凝土防撞墙拆除作业中有较强的适用性,在今后类似项目的施工中具有可推广性。In recent years,with the continuous development of China′s economy,many highway opening sub-projects have been implemented one after another.In order to ensure the safe entry and exit of vehicles,some old bridges need to be widened,and the original anti-collision wall reinforced concrete structure needs to be demol-ished to widen the old bridges.The article provides a detailed review of the characteristics and applicability of four common reinforced concrete demolition construction methods.Based on the engineering characteristics of this proj-ect,the rope saw cutting method was selected to demolish the reinforced concrete structure of the old bridge anti-collision wall.The rope saw cutting operation includes seven processes:construction preparation,layout and setting out,vertical cutting,horizontal cutting,chiseling lifting holes,cutting block lifting,and on-site cleaning.The cut-ting effect of this project indicates that rope saw cutting has strong applicability in the demolition of the widened re-inforced concrete anti-collision walls of old bridges,and it can be promoted in similar projects in the future.
