摘  要:衰老是老年慢性疾病的独立危险因素,理解衰老机制是实现这些疾病早期预防与有效干预的关键之一。系统衰老是动态演进的过程,其机制研究面临挑战。随着对细胞衰老与系统衰老相关生物标志物研究的进展以及小动物活体光学成像的发展,国内外同行构建了越来越多的实时监测衰老报告小鼠模型,助力衰老机制与干预策略研究。本文基于几种经典的、广泛应用的衰老生物标志物(p16^(Ink4a)、p21^(Waf1/Cip1)、p53和Glb1),归纳了近些年来与其相关的实时监测衰老报告小鼠模型,综合分析了它们在系统衰老研究中的应用价值。Aging is an independent risk factor for chronic diseases in the elderly,and understanding aging mechanisms is one of the keys to achieve early prevention and effective intervention for the diseases.Aging process is dynamic and systemic,making it difficult for mechanistic study.With recent advances in aging biomarkers and development of live-imaging technologies,more and more reporter mouse models have been generated,which can live monitor the aging process,and help investigate aging mechanisms at systemic level and develop intervention strategies.This review summarizes recent advances in live-imaging aging reporter mouse models based on widely used aging biomarkers(p16^(Ink4a),p21^(Waf1/Cip1),p53 and Glb1),and discusses their applications in aging research.
