摘　　要：大数据时代,现代科技融入公安工作,打造基于大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能技术的“智慧情指”新模式,是新时期科技兴警的必由之路,是实现指挥人员应急处置、科学决策和高效指挥的关键支撑。长春市公安局情指中心以打造“智慧情指”建设为主要目标,进行了大量探索并积累了有益经验。本文主要以现代警务中智能化指挥调度建设为背景,基于2021年至今长春市公安局情指中心成功处置接报的1574起自杀类警情并挽救轻生人员为研究样本,分析大数据时代支撑“智慧情指”建设的战略资源,探讨该系统建设中呈现的风险和不足,即智慧化情报指挥体系尚未建立完善、智能化情指专业平台效能有待提升、智享化联合作战壁垒尚未彻底破除、专业化复合型人才队伍不健全等问题,探索解决大数据时代数字赋能“智慧情指”发展的优化路径。In the era of big data,modern technology is integrated into public security work,it is the only way for science and technology to promote police in the new era to build a new model of"Intelligent emo-tion"based on big data,cloud computing,internet of things and artificial intelligence technology,it is the key support to realize emergency disposal,scientific decision-making and efficient command.Changchun's public security information centre has made a lot of explorations and accumulated useful experience with the aim of building“wisdom and emotion".Based on the background of the construction of intelligent com-mand and dispatch in modern police affairs,this paper 2021 on the successful handling of 1,574 suicide cas-es and the rescue of suicide cases by the information and guidance center of Changchun Public Security Bu-reau,this paper analyzes the strategic resources supporting the construction of"Intelligence and emotion"”in the era of big data,and probes into the risks and deficiencies in the construction of this system,that is,the intelligent intelligence command system has not yet been established and perfected,the effectiveness of the intelligent intelligence platform needs to be improved,the barriers of the intelligent joint operations have not been completely broken down,and the professional personnel team is not perfect,this paper explores the optimal path for the development of digital intelligence in the big data era.
