摘　　要：基层派出所作为公安机关的派出机构,承担着维护辖区稳定、守护一方平安、服务人民群众、推进社区治理的职责任务,推动派出所工作实现高质量发展具有重大意义。近年来,公安部为加强基层基础工作标准化,更好地促进派出所履职尽责,持续深化公安改革创新,大力推动警务机制、勤务模式改革。在此背景下,安宁分局紧紧围绕新时代公安基层基础工作新内涵、新特点,坚持以加强和创新社会治理为抓手,深度聚焦高质量护航发展、保障民生,持续强化“强基工程”,纵深推动派出所机制改革、智慧警务、立体防控同步升级,努力实现基层公安工作与区域经济融合发展、同频共振,着力构建共建共治共享的社会治理新格局。The grass-roots police station as the police station of the Public Security Bureau,which is of great significance to maintain the stability of the district,protect the peace of the party,serve the people and promote the governance of the community.In recent years,the Ministry of Public Security has strengthened the standardization of basic work at the grass-roots level,better promoted police stations to fulfll their du-ties,continuously deepened the reform and innovation of public security,and vigorously promoted the re-form of policing mechanism and service mode.Against this background,the Anning sub-bureau,focusing on the new connotation and characteristics of the basic work of public security at the grass-roots level in the new era,has insisted on strengthening and innovating social governance as its key task,focusing in depth on the development of high-quality escort services and the protection of People's livelihood,we will continue to strengthen the"Infrastructure strengthening project,"push for the simultaneous upgrading of police sta-tions'mechanisms,intelligent policing,and three-dimensional prevention and control,and strive to inte-grate grass-roots public security work with the development of the regional economy and achieve common development and resonance,we will build a new pattern of social governance that is built,governed,and shared.
