摘  要:本试验利用工业化固溶处理的7136铝合金挤压材,开展单级、双级和三级时效工艺研究。结果表明,不同的时效处理,材料的性能差异明显,单级时效处理强度最高,电导率较低,耐蚀性差;双级时效处理可在略微降低强度的前提下,电导率得到较大提升;三级时效(回归再时效)处理工艺复杂,实现合金强度、电导率和断裂韧性的良好匹配。7136铝合金挤压材最高抗拉强度达到700 MPa、伸长率为12%;回归再时效处理综合性能最好,可达到抗拉强度655 MPa,电导率21.9 MS/m,断裂韧性34.8 MPa·m^(1/2)。The single-stage,two-stage and three-stage aging processes were investigated on 7136 aluminum alloy extrusion material with industrial solution treatment.The results in-dicate that there are significant differences in the properties of the materials after different aging treatments.After single-stage aging treatment,the material has the highest strength,low conductivity,and poor corrosion resistance.After two-stage aging treatment,the strength slightly decreases and the conductivity significantly increases.The three-stage aging(regression re-aging)treatment is complex,and the strength,conductivity,and fracture toughness of the treated alloy match in a proper way.The 7136 aluminum alloy extrusion ma-terial has a maximum tensile strength of 700 MPa and an elongation of 12%.The compre-hensive performance of the material reaches the best after regression re-aging treatment,with the tensile strength,conductivity,and fracture toughness reaching 655 MPa,21.9 MS/m and 34.8 MPa·m^(1/2).
