摘  要:某型直接作用式燃气调压器在运行过程中,由于高温会出现泄压不准确情况。针对该调压器泄压元件在泄压过程中存在的主要问题,提出了改进措施,将泄压元件的某部位由原来的非一体式结构更改为一体式结构,避免了调压器因为高温导致的“跳停”问题。这一改进措施已取得了较好的实际应用效果。Pressure relief valve failure might occur due to high temperatures at run-time of a certain type of direct acting gas pressure regulator.It proposes improvement measures to address the main problem that exists in the pressure relief component of the pressure regulator during the pressure relief process.A certain part of the pressure relief component is changed from a non-integrated structure to an integrated structure,which could avoid the"tripping"phenomenon of pressure regulator caused by high temperatures.Practical application had achieved a great result through the improvement measures.
