摘 要:目的:在高效液相色谱法基础上,研究建昌帮酒制无糖白芍和建昌帮酒制无糖白芍颗粒中芍药苷、氧化芍药苷组分的变化。方法:通过建昌帮炮制法炮制建昌帮酒制无糖白芍饮片及其颗粒,通过高效液相色谱法测定建昌帮炮制法炮制建昌帮酒制无糖白芍饮片及其颗粒中芍药苷和氧化芍药苷组分含量,对比组分含量变化规律。结果:建昌帮酒制无糖白芍芍药苷、氧化芍药苷组分含量分别为22.57mg/g~35.70mg/g、0.186mg/g~0.312mg/g,建昌帮酒制白芍无糖颗粒芍药苷、氧化芍药苷组分含量分别为22.16mg/g~30.54mg/g、0.157mg/g~0.235mg/g,表明建昌帮酒制无糖白芍在进行制粒加工后其药用组分芍药苷、氧化芍药苷含量变化不大。结论:将建昌帮酒制无糖白芍炮制加工为颗粒药剂,其药用组分变化量不大,临床药用受众范围更大,服用方式更高效便捷,此炮制加工工艺可在临床进行深入应用与拓展。Objective:On the basis of high-performance liquid chromatography,the changes in the components of paeoniflorin and oxidized paeoniflorin in Jianchang Bangjiu made sugar free white peony and Jianchang Bangjiu made sugar free white peony granules were studied.Method:The sugar free white peony decoction pieces and their granules were prepared using the Jianchangbang processing method.The content of paeoniflorin and oxidized paeoniflorin components in the sugar free white peony decoction pieces and their granules prepared using the Jianchangbang processing method were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography,and the changes in component content were compared.Results:The content of sugar free white peony and oxidized peony glycosides produced by Jianchang Bang liquor were 22.57mg/g~35.70mg/g and 0.186mg/g~0.312mg/g,respectively.The content of sugar free granules and oxidized peony glycosides produced by Jianchang Bang liquor was 22.16mg/g~30.54mg/g and 0.157mg/g~0.235mg/g,respectively.This indicates that the medicinal components of sugar free white peony produced by Jianchang Bang liquor did not change significantly after granulation processing.Conclusion:The sugar free white peony made from Jianchang Bang liquor is processed into granules,with little change in its medicinal components,a wider clinical audience,and more efficient and convenient consumption methods.This processing technology can be deeply applied and expanded in clinical practice.
