摘 要:采用以硝酸铜、氨水和氢氧化钠为原料的沉淀法,一步合成出纳米CuO,并进一步考察这些材料对催化过氧化氢分解玫瑰红B染料废水的脱色性能。通过XRD、N_(2)-吸附脱附及SEM等表征手段对纳米CuO的结构进行表征。XRD结果表明,所获样品均为具有单斜晶体结构的纳米CuO。N_(2)-吸附脱附结果表明,纳米CuO是介孔结构,孔径多集中分布在3~4nm处。SEM结果表明,合成的纳米CuO为球状,且由大量的纳米CuO薄片自组装而成。脱色率测试结果表明,纳米CuO对催化H2O_(2)降解玫瑰红B染料废水具有较好的效果,反应约2h的脱色率可达97%。Nano-cuo was synthesized in one step by the precipitation method with copper nitrate,ammonia and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.The decolorization performance of these materials on rose B dye wastewater catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide was further investigated.The structure of nano-CuO was characterized by XRD,N_(2)-adsorption desorption and SEM.XRD results show that all the samples are nano-CuO with monoclinic crystal structure.The results of N_(2)-adsorption and desorption show that the nano-CuO is mesoporous structure,and the pore size is mainly distributed at 3~4nm.The SEM results show that the nano-CuO is spherical and self-assembled by a large number of nano-CuO sheets.The results of decolorization test show that nano-CuO has a good effect on the degradation of rose red B dye wastewater by H2O_(2),and the decolorization rate can reach 97%after the reaction of about 2h.
