摘　　要：当前高校部分教师政治敏感性不强、意识形态研判能力差、观念淡薄。部分高校教师同国外同行学习交流访问时,对意识形态工作政治导向把握能力弱。所以,不断加强高校思想政治理论学习,提高政治能力,加强高校政治建设,完善和改进高校教师意识形态工作研判分析制度和思想政治教育引导机制时不我待。Currently,some teachers in universities are not politically sensitive,have poor ideological research and judgment abilities,and have weak concepts.Some university teachers have a weak grasp of the political orientation of ideological work when studying,exchanging,and visiting with foreign counterparts.Therefore,it is urgent to continuously strengthen the study of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities,improve political a-bility,strengthen political construction in colleges and universities,improve and improve the research and analysis system of ideological work for college teachers,and the guiding mechanism of ideological and political education.
