摘　　要：闽越文化作为有区域特色的小众文化,其英语人才的培养有助于当地文化的对外传播,进而助力当地经济文化的发展和地方城市国际形象的建设。将OBE教育理念引入闽越文化英语人才培养中,可以根据当地文化发展的实际需求,反向设计教学目标和内容,为当地社会或企业量身打造闽越文化英语人才,并为其他地方文化英语人才培养提供参考。Minyue culture is a minority culture with regional characteristics.The cultivation of its English talents can promote the external communication of local culture,and then help the development of local economy and cul-ture as well as the construction of the international image of the local cities.Introducing OBE education concept into the training scheme of its English talents,teaching objectives and content can be reverse designed according to the actual needs of local cultural development.In this way,English talents of Minyue culture can be customized for the local society and enterprises.Such scheme can also provide reference for the cultivation of English talents of other cultures.
