摘　　要：本文全面解析了YB/T 4174.3—2022《硅钙合金分析方法 第3部分:氧化钙含量的测定电位滴定法》在实际检测中的应用,详细讨论了标准中“范围、试剂和材料、仪器、取样和制样、试样的分析、结果计算和表示、精密度”等章节中对应的条款。同时对检测环节中需要注意的事项、测试结果可接受性的检验方法、实验室内测量的重复性、实验室间测量的再现性进行了补充说明,为检测人员在使用标准时提供参考。The application of YB/T 4174.3-2022 Analysis method for calcium-silicon alloy—Part 3:Determination of calcium oxide content-Potentiometric titration method in actual detection was comprehensively analyzed.The corresponding terms in chapters of “scope,reagents and materials,instrument,sampling and sample preparation,sample analysis,results calculation and expression,and precision” were discussed in detail.Meanwhile,the matters that should be paid attention in testing,the test method for acceptability of measurement results,the in laboratory repeatability,and inter-laboratory reproducibility were supplemented and described.This study provided reference for the use of standard.
