摘　　要：分析黏胶和锦纶两种纤维的形态结构以及染色性能,并对生产工艺进行分析,从染料选择、助剂选用及生产成本控制等方面探讨黏胶与锦纶混纺纱黑色活性染料染色工艺的可行性,分析质量符合性和生产成本,并与传统工艺比较优缺点,最后给出黏胶与锦纶混纺纱黑色活性染料染色工艺及优点。The morphological structure and dyeing performance of viscose and nylon were analyzed,and the production process was analyzed.The feasibility of black reactive dyeing process for viscose and nylon blended yarn was discussed from the aspects of dye selection,additive selection and production cost control.The quality compliance and production costs were analyzed,and compared in terms of the advantages and disadvantages against traditional processes.Finally,the dyeing process and advantages of black reactive for viscose and nylon blended yarn were presented.
