摘 要:目的:探究闪动疗法对童年创伤经历大学生焦虑情绪的干预效果。方法:采用随机对照实验设计,将16名童年创伤经历大学生分为干预组和对照组,每组8人。干预组接受每周1次,每次90分钟,共8次闪动疗法线上干预,对照组不进行任何处理。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表评定焦虑情绪,用定量和定性的方法评估干预效果。结果:闪动疗法可以显著缓解干预组的焦虑情绪,促进生理、心理及社会生活方面的积极改变,对照组无明显变化。结论:本研究初步证明闪动疗法对童年创伤经历大学生的焦虑情绪具有一定的干预效果。Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of flash technique on anxiety of college students with childhood trauma.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted in this research.Sixteen college students with childhood trauma were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 8 individuals in each group.The intervention group received the flash technique online intervention once a week for 90 minutes for a total of 8 sessions,while the control group received no treatment.Subjects'anxiety was assessed before and after the intervention using the self-rating anxiety scale,and the effect of the intervention was assessed using quantitative and qualitative methods.Results:The flash technique significantly reduced anxiety of college students with childhood trauma in the intervention group,specifically in terms of positive changes in physical,psychological,and social life,and there was no significant change in the control group.Conclusion:Flash technique has a good effect on the anxiety of college students with childhood trauma.
