摘　　要：心血管疾病是全球首位死亡原因。大量流行病学证据表明,规律身体活动(PA)和高水平心肺适能可预防动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病进展,降低心血管事件发生率。2022年12月美国预防心脏病学会(ASPC)发布的《身体活动、心肺适能和心血管健康:ASPC临床实践声明》从PA与心肺健康的关联及机制、运动处方制定以及运动相关心血管风险等角度提出了最新指导意见。本文对该指南主要内容进行解读,旨在为心血管疾病患者制定更科学的运动处方提供帮助。Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death worldwide.A large body of epidemiologic evidence suggests that regular physical activity(PA)and high levels of cardiorespiratory fitness can prevent the progression of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events."Physical activity,cardiorespiratory fitness,and cardiovascular health:a clinical practice statement of the ASPC"released in December,2022 by the American Society for Preventive Cardiology(ASPC)and provided the most up-to-date guidance on the associations and mechanisms between PA and cardiorespiratory fitness,the development of exercise prescriptions,and exerciseassociated cardiovascular risk.In this article,the main content of this guideline was interpreted,aiming to develop a more scientific exercise prescription for patients with cardiovascular disease.
