摘 要:建设工程公共资源交易作为国家基建项目中的重要经济活动组成部分,其信息化程度对于提高效率和公平性至关重要。然而,当前建设工程公共资源交易信息化、智能化水平还有待提高,信息不对称、不公正等状况仍有发生,导致公共资源交易效率降低,偶有失公平现象。针对这些问题,我们提出了基于信息化技术的应对策略,运用大数据和人工智能技术,对建设工程公共资源交易流程进行再造,进而优化交易效率和公平性,实现信息的公开和透明,从而解决信息不对称的问题。通过研究,可以有效改善建设工程公共资源交易的现状,推动建设工程公共资源交易信息化的发展。As an important part of economic activities in national infrastructure projects,the informatization level of public resource trading in construction projects is crucial for improving efficiency and fairness.However,there are currently situations of information asymmetry and unfairness in the trading of public resources in construction projects,leading to a decrease in efficiency and unfairness in public resource trading.In response to these issues,we propose a response strategy based on information technology,introducing an information based bidding model,and establishing an internet and electronic bidding platform to achieve information openness and transparency,thus solving the problem of information asymmetry.We utilize big data and artificial intelligence technology to reengineer the transaction process of public resources in construction projects,thereby optimizing transaction efficiency and fairness.Through the research and plan in this article,the current situation of public resource trading in construction projects can be effectively improved,the development of information technology in public resource trading in construction projects can be promoted,and transaction efficiency and fairness can be further improved.
