摘  要:本文介绍了马来酸酐及其衍生物N-(4-磺酸苯基)马来酸酰胺和N-十二烷基马来酸酰胺与炭黑作用得到改性炭黑的方法,并对改性后炭黑进行应用测试。结果表明,改性炭黑与原炭黑相比具有更高的黑度,My值由原来的228和277提高到290以上,dM值从负值提高到10以上;改性炭黑吸水率降低3%。Carbon black modified by maleic anhydride,N-(4-sulfophenyl)maleic acid amide and N-dodecyl maleic acid amide were introduced,and their application performances were tested.The results showed that the modified carbon black has higher blackness than the original carbon black,My-value was raised from 228 and 277 to 290 and above,dM-value was raised from negative to 10 and above.The water absorption of the modified carbon black reduced 3%.
