摘 要:随着东莞城市地下排水管网的规模不断扩大,排水管道维修成为管网日常运维的重要任务,其维修方案主要分为开挖修复、非开挖修复两大类。文章结合东莞市某段污水主干管的维修工程实例,通过对比开挖修复及非开挖修复方案,最终选择了拉入式原位紫外光固化修复方案,并对其内衬管壁厚进行了半结构性修复和结构性修复设计,确定了内衬管的壁厚,在工程实例中的应用效果较好。With the continuous expansion of the scale of the underground drainage pipe network in Dongguan City,the maintenance of the drainage pipe network has become an important task in the daily operation and maintenance of the pipe network.The maintenance schemes are mainly divided into two categories of excavation repair and trenchless repair.In this paper,combined with the maintenance engineering example of a section of sewage main pipe in Dongguan City,by comparing the excavation repair and trenchless repair schemes,the pull-in in-situ UV curing repair scheme is finally selected,and the semi-structural repair and structural repair design are carried out for the lining pipe wall thickness,and the wall thickness of the lining pipe is determined,which has a good application effect in the engineering example.
